30th March– Needle felt a Quirky bird. You will make a wire armature and, using British wool fibre, you will spend the day making your very own Quirky Bird. This will be in Borth, in my studio, cost for the day is £45, places are limited due to space so contact me to book a place, email@example.com or 07900840726
13th April- Make it in Wales A different kind of Quirky bird, made with both needle felting and wet felting techniques.
You will spend a full day designing and creating a robust Quirky bird using British wool fibre in the beautiful surrounding of The Old Vicarage B&B in Molygrove.

27th April- Ceredigion Museum Needle felt a sheep using British wool fibre. Alongside their exhibition about Sheep, I will be teaching how to make one, from 12.30-4.30pm, you can book a place with the museum;

18th May- Wet felt a pod using British wool fibre.
Using Cambrian mountain wool fibre, you will learn how to wet felt a seamless pod inspired by the work I am exhibiting at Aberystwyth Arts centre in May.

23rd and 24th May- Drawing with Wool. You will spend 2 whole days playing with wool fibre, using both wet and needle felting techniques to produce 2d pictures.
Wool fibre is an incredibly versatile material and can be manipulated in many ways, i aim to show you some of the ways it can be used as a drawing material.
No previous experience is necessary, and even if you think you cannot draw I aim to prove you wrong!

1st and 2nd June- Make it in Wales Floral Felt making at Stwdio 3, home of Make it in Wales, in Cardigan.
I am inspired by birds as you know, but also I spend much time looking at the flora all around me, you can see some examples here; Flora Felt . Wool fibre with it’s infinite versatility lends itself beautifully to being manipulated using felt making techniques, into flora inspired shapes and forms. It is this potential that we will spend 2 days looking at and working with.

16th June- Flora felt making with IFA Region 5
21st June- 30th June- I will be giving some felt making workshops during this time at Le Trouillet, Ardeche, France…exact dates and details to be confirmed.
